Language(s) of Prayer

The other night I joined the prayer meeting of my church . . . in Québec . . . in French. I admit to feeling a little intimidated and shy to pray in French. Yet of three things I am sure of, and am grateful for:

1. Our Father in Heaven knows my two languages.

2. He knows the intention of my heart.

3. When (yup, that's right - not if) I made mistakes, He understands.

L'autre soir passé, j'ai rencontré avec le reunion de priere de mon église . . . à Québec . . . en français. Je sait que j'était un peu timide de prie en français. Mais, je suis certain de trois choses, et j'en suis reconnaisant:

1. Que notre Pere aux cieux sait mon deux langues.

2. Il sait l'intention de mon coeur.

3. Quand (oui, c'est vrai - pas "si") j'ai fait une erreur - Il comprend.
