the trees in west africa are fantastic. just before leaving for my second trip to burkina a friend told me to "remember god's love for his children every time you see a majestic tree or beautiful flower" and to this day the trees of west africa make me think about how much i'm (we're) loved. thanks for sharing your wordless wednesdays!
Brittany Yes, the African trees are indeed fantastic - I have fallen in love with them all, especially the baobab tree! I love your friend's advice! . . . And having lived here for four years, I know why you grasped onto the trees as a sign of God's love ('cause there just aren't that many flowers!!). And, as stated the trees are majestic.
