Rain

So, it rained during the night 3 nights ago. I of course slept through it all. However, the rain appears to be significant.

One of the guards here has indicated that the rain is announcing the hot season! (can it get more hot?!! sadly, yes, I know it can!)

Another two guards have mentioned that it was a mango rain.

Now, as much as I want to believe that it was a mango rain - for it is also the beginning of the mango season . . . my gut tells me that the first guy is likely the more right. The rain is an indication of a seasonal change.

This guard, Akadekah, has also told me that he is already looking forward to rainy season - June - and the release from the extreme heat. With this, I also agree!!
